During Week 6 in Arc Raiders, there are five Trials players can complete to earn easy rewards. Achieving three stars on each Trial guarantees you an Epic item, such as a blueprint, weapon, shield, or backpack—especially useful if you’re running low on resources.
This week’s Trials are quite straightforward. More than half involve simply damaging certain types of enemies. The remaining two can be more challenging if you’re unsure where to find the targets.
Here’s what you need to do to earn full stars in each Weekly Trial:
Damage Hornets Trial
To complete this, you must damage and destroy enough Hornets to earn three stars. The best locations are Spaceport or Buried City during a Night Raid or Electromagnetic Storm. I recommend heading to the roof of the Arrival or Departure Building at Spaceport because they offer clear lines of sight to flying patrols. During a Night Raid, you’ll need to take down around 6 to 7 Hornets. Use weapons like the Ferro, Anvil, or Renegade—they deliver strong, quick shots to finish Hornets efficiently.
You can also summon additional Hornets and Wasps by shooting Snitches or throwing a Snitch Scanner, which can speed up the process. Keep in mind, weak spots are on the rotators; destroying two rotators typically causes the enemy to crash.
Deliver Carriables Trial
This trial involves delivering large crates to their designated spots. You might be delivering them for puzzles in the Ancient Fort, to open doors in Stella Montis, or to Field Depots. The most effective focus is on Field Depots, as delivering four crates during a Night Raid nets you over 4,000 XP.
For efficiency, try to do this during the Hidden Bunker event at Spaceport since you’ll get double XP and extra time (45 minutes) to find the crates. It’s best to survey the walls of Spaceport and check each Field Depot, as crates often spawn nearby.
Damage Rocketeers, Leapers, or Bastions Trial
To complete this, damage or destroy any combination of these enemies in one raid. Doing this during a Night Raid is easier, as defeating two of these enemies grants a little over 2,000 XP, enough for three stars. Prefer maps like The Blue Gate or Dam Battlegrounds where these enemies are plentiful. In The Blue Gate, focus on the northern area around Reinforced Reception, Headhouse, and Checkpoint, where Bastions and Leapers tend to spawn. On Dam Battlegrounds, head to the Testing Annex or Hydroponic Dome Complex.
Use tools like the Hullcracker and Wolfpack Grenades, or weapons with heavy ammo, like Ferro or Anvil. Specifically, opt for Blaze Grenades on Leapers, disable fans on Rocketeers, and damage the leg joints of Bastions to reveal their yellow core for critical hits.
Destroy Pops Trial
The simplest trial this week involves destroying around seven Pops during an Electromagnetic Storm or Night Raid. Good maps for this are Buried City and Stella Montis. Buried City is easy because Pops spawn in predictable tunnels leading to subway stations—about two to three Pops per platform. Clearing three subway stations should complete this task.
Stella Montis also works well because its interior is full of Pops, but it can be more dangerous during Night due to PvP players. Focus on areas like Assembly, Medical Research, and the Lobby to find Pops easily.
Remember, Pops are fragile; they die quickly and should be your top priority. If they get eliminated by other means, like Fireball flames, it won’t count towards your progress.
Open ARC Probes
The final Trial involves opening 3 ARC Probes during a Night Raid, or 6 during the day, and successfully leaving the map. These probes are the slim, silver tubes embedded in the ground, identifiable by their beeping, bright blue or yellow lights, and occasional smoke plumes.
You can find probes on most maps (excluding Stella Montis). A good tip is to stand on the perimeter wall at Spaceport, where the elevated vantage point gives a clear view of smoke clouds signaling a probe’s location. During an Electromagnetic Storm, running around the perimeter allows you to locate all three in less than four minutes.
Note: The Trial calls for “Opening” probes, but you only need to search for any that have already been breached for progress to count.
