Upon completing your initial two classes, you will have a meeting with Professor Weasley in the Transfiguration classroom. He will request that you venture to Hogsmeade village accompanied by either Natsai Onai (Natty) or Sebastian Sallow from Slytherin house in Hogwarts Legacy.
Your choice does not affect the storyline, but it will influence the troll battle during the Welcome to Hogsmeade quest. Each character has a distinct combat style—Natty serves as a supportive teammate, while Sebastian excels in delivering damage.
Who to Choose?
Opting for Natty may not seem significant early on, but she proves invaluable against Theophilus Harlow later in the game. Conversely, Sebastian is a powerful ally in the early phases but becomes somewhat less effective towards the end. Ultimately, your choice boils down to personal preference and which character’s personality resonates with you more.
Additionally, consider how the different houses blend for role-playing aspects between Natty and Sebastian in Hogwarts Legacy. The mission emphasizes understanding each companion, so pick the one that intrigues you. You can still engage with the character you didn’t select later in the game, so no opportunities are missed. Since the game lacks romance elements, you won’t lose out on that aspect with either character.
How to Visit Hogsmeade Village?
After selecting one of the two characters, you will be instructed to locate two Flying Pages for Professor Ronen. One is situated in the courtyard near the ruined statue, while the other can be found within the Defense Against the Dark Arts tower.
Utilize the Accio spell to retrieve and collect the two Flying Pages. Upon doing so, you will acquire the Mending Charm, Reparo spell. Next, you will need to repair the previously mentioned ruined statue. Cast the spell on it to restore its condition and then rendezvous with your chosen companion outside by the gate.
You will be greeted by the picturesque landscape of the Hogwarts grounds, complete with the Quidditch Pitch and distant hills. Simply follow the path ahead, and your companion will guide you to Hogsmeade.
