Where to Locate Telephone Booths in Fortnite
I’ve pinpointed eight Telephone Booth locations in Fortnite, marked on the map above. These spots are primarily near Galactic Empire points of interest (POIs) or Imperial Outposts, which aligns with the disguises they offer. Note that these booths are strategically placed, allowing you to put on your disguise without being seen; for example, at the Imperial Outposts, they are often hidden behind trees or rocks. At locations like the First Order Base or Vader Samurai’s Solitude, they can be found just outside the main area, easily accessible from a zipline.
How to Use a Telephone Booth for Disguises in Fortnite
To use a Telephone Booth to don a disguise in Fortnite, simply approach it and select the ‘Disguise as Imperial Stormtrooper’ option that appears. This will transform you into the recognizable Stormtrooper suit, initially displaying a unique icon above your head (visible only to you) to indicate that you’re in disguise.
While you wear this disguise, other Imperial NPCs won’t attack you, allowing you to explore Imperial Outposts and Galactic Empire POIs without engaging in combat. Your disguise will stay active until you either hit an opponent or NPC or take damage yourself, at which point you’ll revert to your original look. However, you can revisit Telephone Booths multiple times in one match for a new disguise.
