Deck The Palms Login Event: Completing & Solving Challenges

As the holiday season approaches, Jasmine Holiday returns to The Sims 4 to kick off the Deck The Palms login event. Over four weeks, players can earn various holiday-themed items simply by signing into the game.

Once you claim an item, it stays in your inventory, even after the event ends in January. You can log in at different times during the event to collect everything, but you’ll need to log in on several different days to unlock all the rewards.

When Does the Event Run?

Deck The Palms starts on December 16, 2025, at 9 a.m. PST and continues until January 13, 2026. The rewards unlock from the beginning of the event on December 16 until January 2, 2026. After that, you still have until January 13, 2026, to log in and claim all the gifts before the event finishes.

How To Claim All of Jasmine Holiday’s Gifts

You just need to open the game and click the “Claim Now” button that appears on the pop-up menu when you start the game. There’s no need to load into a household. Every day you log in during the event, you’ll receive the next tier of unlocked gifts. If a tier is already unlocked, you can claim it once per day when you sign in. The daily reset happens at 9 a.m. PST.

Note: The three rewards exclusive to certain packs won’t be available if you don’t own those packs when you claim. However, they can be claimed later if you purchase the DLC afterward.

You can keep claiming unlocked reward tiers once daily until January 13, 2026, when the event wraps up.
