To finish the endgame of Monster Hunter Wilds, you’ll need to put in quite a bit of effort. Accessing all the resources and hunts requires completing side quests, such as Echoing from the Cliffs. Both monsters in this quest are mainly vulnerable to fire weapons, so you can stick to your preferred fire-element weapon without needing to switch. The Iceshard Cliffs lack as many natural hazards as some other areas of the game, but you can still effectively utilize Shock and Pitfall traps, as well as engage other creatures when necessary.
Watch out for the smaller Conga monsters that accompany the Blangonga, as they can inflict minor damage that might hinder your progress. They can also block your approach to their larger leader, soaking up damage when you need to avoid it most.
