First, make your way to Applewatch, which lies west of Bruma and southwest of Cloud Ruler Temple.
How To Kill Perennia Draconis
Upon reaching Applewatch, you have several strategies to consider:
- You can eliminate Perennia inside, but be careful not to alert her dog, Jake.
- You can ask for her children’s list before killing her.
- Alternatively, wait for her to exit before making your move.
Regardless of your approach, once Perennia is down, read the list to uncover the locations of her children:
- Caelia – Leyawiin
- Andreas – Drunken Dragon Inn
- Sybilla – Muck Valley Cavern
- Matthias – Talos Plaza District
How To Kill Caelia Draconis
Your next target is Caelia Draconis, located in Leyawiin.
Be cautious—alerting Caelia to your intentions will lead to a 1,000 gold bounty.
You have several options for eliminating Caelia:
- At the barracks
- During her visit to the cemetery at the Chapel of Zenithar
- At the Three Sisters Inn
While all methods are viable, killing her directly may incur a bounty (although a single hit won’t allow her to arrest you), so you should aim for an indirect kill to avoid complications.
A simple approach involves using a Frenzy spell, provoking her to attack, leading to her demise at the hands of the guards. Alternatively, you can deliver a quick sneak attack using a melee weapon or arrows.
If you kill her directly, visit a Thieves Guild Fence to remove your bounty, or you may face arrest by city guards.
Once Caelia is dealt with, you can proceed with the quest.
How To Kill Andreas Draconis
Your next target is Andreas Draconis, found at the Drunken Dragon Inn. You’ll locate this inn in the southeastern part of Cyrodiil, just southeast of the Nibenay Basin and northeast of Leyawiin.
Inside the inn, you’ll spot Andreas at the bar. To eliminate him without facing direct consequences:
- Use a Frenzy spell to provoke him into attacking, which will likely result in the Imperial Guard finishing him off.
- Alternatively, verbally taunt him about his mother, which will provoke him into attacking.
After letting the guards handle the situation, you can move on to your next target.
How To Kill Sybilla Draconis
Next up is Sybilla Draconis, located in Muck Valley Cavern. Once you enter, take out the bears along the path.
This area is relatively small, and you’ll soon find yourself in a larger chamber where a bear, a rat, and Sybilla await you. Dispatch them as you see fit, and you’ll cross another Draconis family member off your list.
How To Kill Matthias Draconis
Finally, seek out Matthias Draconis in the Talos Plaza District of the Imperial City.
As always, there are several ways to approach this. Matthias can easily be found in his home, or you might encounter him leaving the Bloated Float in the Imperial Waterfront District.
If you opt to take him out as he exits, make sure you’re in a position to hit him from a distance with arrows or using your sneak abilities.
Using the classic Frenzy tactic works effectively when he’s near guards, too.
The easiest method is to approach Matthias at home in the early hours of the morning and eliminate him while he’s resting and his partner is asleep.
After you’ve taken care of the last family member, make your way to the Castle Skingrad Courtyard to collect your reward.
