Recently, there have been many rumors about various games, with some details being leaked. One of the biggest stories has been about The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, among others like Battlefield 6 and Half-Life 3. Even the Fallout TV show had some behind-the-scenes photos released before its second season.
One game that has been rumored for a long time is the remakes of Pokemon Black and White. Despite the lack of official news, The Pokemon Company has been teasing fans, especially with the next Pokemon Presents event just around the corner.
The Pokemon Company Has Once Again Mentioned Pokemon Black And White
The official Pokemon account on Twitter has recently asked fans about their favorite moments from the Black and White games. This tweet comes just before the Pokemon Presents on July 22, adding to the excitement around potential remakes, making it hard not to speculate.
As expected, the Pokemon community reacted strongly to this tweet. While some fans shared their favorite Black and White memories, many others declared, “BLACK AND WHITE REMAKES INCOMING,” and commented that something big might be announced soon.
With new Pokemon Trading Card Game sets like Black Bolt and White Flare coming out and the upcoming Pokemon Presents, the excitement for a possible remake of the fifth generation is at an all-time high.
So far, remakes have been released for the first four Pokemon generations. The original Red, Blue, and Green games were remade as FireRed and LeafGreen and in the Let’s Go series. Gold and Silver got HeartGold and SoulSilver (widely praised by fans). Ruby and Sapphire had Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. More recently, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl were made. It feels natural that remakes for the fifth generation would be next. If they are not announced during the upcoming Pokemon Presents, fans might start to wonder if they ever will be.
