How to Make Neuras a Follower

On June 14, head to the Gauntlet Runner’s Central Corridor. Talk to Neuras to begin the ‘Providing a Spark’ side quest. No need to worry about forgetting this step, as it’s automatically added to your quest log.

Next, return to Martira and speak with the Gloomy Youth. They can be found in Thoroughfare Square, near some barrels by the exit. Doing this will mark Komero on your map, so set your course and enjoy the scene you unlock.
