All Relics in Foraken Hollows & How to Get Them in Elden Ring

The first expansion of Elden Ring: Nightreign, The Forsaken Hollows, added new bosses, characters, a fresh map with multiple routes, and other features. One important addition is relics—items you equip before adventures to gain special buffs and passive effects.

To unlock these relics, players need to complete specific side quests for certain characters and defeat the new Nightlords. Here’s a guide to each relic, what it does, and how to add it to your inventory in Elden Ring: Nightreign.

Every New Boss Relic

The bosses in Forsaken Hollows each have unique relics that can be used with any playable character.

Relic Name	Color	How to Get	Effect
The Will of the Balancers	Blue	Defeat the boss Weapon-Bequeathed Harmonia, the Nightlord of the Balancers’ expedition. Tips for the fight are available.	Increases melee attack power, skill attack power, and provides continuous FP recovery.
The Will of Balance	Red	Defeat the tougher, Dark version of Weapon-Bequeathed Harmonia after completing the Balancers at least once. It becomes available at the Collector Signboard for 12 Sovereign Sigils.	Boosts melee and skill attack power, and can sometimes nullify attacks when damage negation is low.
The Night of Dregs	Red	Defeat Traitorous Straighees at the end of Dreglord’s expedition. A guide is available for help.	Increases attack power as status ailment gauges rise, inflicts Rot when damaged, and causes continuous HP recovery nearby due to Rot.

You can equip both Balancers’ relics simultaneously to stack their effects.

Every New Character Relic

Similarly, specific relics are associated with new characters like the Scholar and the Undertaker.

Leather Monocle Case	Blue	Complete Chapter 3 in the Undertaker’s Remembrance side quest. A full guide is available for this quest.	Boosts physical attacks while an assist effect from an incantation is active, extends spell duration, and increases physical attack by +2.
Glass Necklace	Green	Defeat Heolstor, the final Nightlord of the Night Aspect expedition, with the Undertaker. Afterward, drop a Dismembered Finger from your inventory and interact with the corpse at the Roundtable.	Activating Ultimate Art increases attack power, successive attacks boost it further, and auto charge of Ultimate Art is +3.
Grand Tranquil Scene	Green	Spend 1,000 Murk at the Small Bazaar Jar.	Increase attack power by landing the final blow of a chain attack.
Grand Drizzly Scene	Blue	Obtain it for 3 Sovereign Sigils at the Collector Signboard.	Improves Dexterity, reduces Vigor and Faith, with +3 Vigor and Dexterity.
Grand Tranquil Scene (CS)	Green	Same as above.	Improves Mind and Faith (+3 each), reduces Strength.
Cleansing Tear	Red	Finish Chapter 5 of the Scholar’s Remembrance quest.	Inflicts continuous damage on targets affected by Ultimate Art, enhances damage negation, and increases Art gauge fill rate when defeating enemies.
Note “My Dear Successor”	Yellow	Complete Chapter 8 of Scholar’s side quest involving defeating Dreglord with this class, then speak with the Undertaker at the Roundtable.	Boosts attack for allies targeted by Character Skill, prevents slowdowns of Skill progress, and reduces Character Skill cooldowns by +3.
Grand Burning Scene	Red	Available for 1,000 Murk at the Small Bazaar Jar.	Prevents slowdowns of Character Skill, boosts Intelligence and Arcane by +2.
Grand Burning Scene (CS)	Red	Obtain at the Collector Signboard for 3 Sovereign Sigils.	Improves Mind, reduces Vigor, and increases Vigor and Mind by +3 each.
Grand Luminous Scene	Yellow	Same as above.	Increases Endurance and Dexterity (+3 each), reduces Intelligence and Arcane.

Relics for the Scholar and the Undertaker

Here are pre-set relics specific to both characters.
