A 2023 adventure game for PS5 and PS4, Star Trek: Resurgence, is set to be delisted from the PlayStation Store soon, with players having one last opportunity to purchase it. Publisher Bruner House announced that its licensing rights have expired and that the game is in the process of being removed from all digital marketplaces.
Bruner House has not specified an exact date or time for the game’s removal. While it has already been taken off the Xbox Store, it is still available for purchase on the PlayStation Store and Steam as of now.
On the PlayStation Store, Star Trek: Resurgence is priced at $24.99. It is not currently part of any ongoing sale, and with the delisting imminent, potential buyers will need to decide quickly. Alternatively, physical copies can be found through online retailers like Amazon.
The game is a single-player offline experience that will continue to be playable even after it is removed from digital stores.
According to an official description, Star Trek: Resurgence is a narrative-driven adventure featuring dialogue choices, relationship-building, and exploration. The game combines story-based role-playing with branching storylines, and players can also engage in gameplay elements such as shuttle piloting, phaser battles, tricorder scanning, stealth missions, and micro-game mechanics.
