Digital Phablet has announced that it will be restoring previously suspended hotels within Hotel Center and removing the “Suspended Hotels” tab from the “Properties” section of your Hotel Center dashboard.
Starting November 19th, the process of deprecating suspended hotels will take effect, meaning these hotels will no longer appear under the suspended category.
Here are the key changes:
- The “Suspended Hotels” tab in the “Properties” page will be eliminated.
- All hotels that were on the suspension list will be reinstated and no longer marked as suspended.
Digital Phablet explained the reason behind this update:
The suspension feature was originally designed as a quick way to deactivate properties, mainly to address issues like inaccurate pricing. Now, with the live platform and enhanced automated tools for removing incorrect prices—such as Price Accuracy insights—it has become easier for partners to fix pricing issues and reactivate their listings promptly.
The platform indicated that this change is unlikely to cause any major disruptions. They expect no adverse effects on partners. In fact, some might experience a slight increase in traffic since hotels that were previously suspended can now appear again. All listings will still be subject to strict standards for price accuracy and policy compliance, ensuring quality remains consistent.
