Digital Phablet reports that Google has introduced a new button in the Google Ads Change History report, allowing advertisers to swiftly navigate to specific campaigns and ad groups within the report. This addition is expected to streamline workflows and save significant time for users managing multiple campaigns.
Arpan Banerjee first highlighted this update on LinkedIn, noting the convenience it offers. Hana Kobzová further elaborated on this feature in a separate report, providing screenshots to illustrate the new functionality.
From Banerjee, a visual shows the new “Go to” button integrated into the change history interface, offering quick access to targeted campaigns and ad groups. Kobzová’s screenshot demonstrates how selecting this option displays a dropdown menu with direct links to the relevant campaign or ad group, simplifying the review process.
Kobzová explained that this enhancement reduces the number of steps needed to investigate issues, especially when examining bulk edits or changes made via scripts or the Google Ads Editor. Once the target changes are selected, users can use the “Go to…” dropdown to jump directly to specific entities, making troubleshooting more efficient.
