The new Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro features a beautiful 1.64-inch AMOLED display. According to Xiaomi, the display is 84% larger than the Smart Band 6 with 280 x 486 pixels, 326 pixels per inch.
GPS
Yesterday was the global launch of the device. It was released in China this summer. One of the main differences between the Smart Band 7 and its sibling is the addition of a built-in GPS (GNSS).
With its stylish high gloss frame chassis, the Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro houses a stunning rectangular display covered with tempered glass and anti-fingerprint coating.
Brightness
It has an auto-brightness feature and delivers a peak brightness of 500 NITs. Depending on your settings, you may be able to turn on the always-on option, but this may adversely affect the battery life. The tracker’s display will come to life when you turn your wrist or gently tap the screen once while wearing it. In addition, fashion enthusiasts can customize it with 150+ watch faces designed by Xiaomi to enable them to match their clothing.
Blood Oxygen Level (spO2)
Among the Smart Band 7 Pro features are 110 sport modes, a running coach on the wrist with ten pre-planned running courses at various levels, activity tracking, heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen level (SpO2) measurement, and sleep tracking.
Alexa Voice AI
Messages, phone calls, calendar reminders, and more will be displayed on any smartwatch or fitness band. In addition, you can use the Smart Band 7 Pro to control your camera or the new Xiaomi Vacuum Robot X10+ using Amazon Alexa Voice AI (not all smartphone models are compatible).
The device has a water resistance rating of 5ATM, meaning it can be used for swimming or showering. Xiaomi claims the battery will last up to 12 days when used regularly.
Display
This device looks more like a smartwatch than a fitness tracker due to its high-quality large display. However, with a price tag of 99 euros, the Smart Band 7 Pro is an attractive smartwatch that offers a wide range of fitness features.
Colors
Xiaomi offers two color options for the body, Black or Ivory, and six color options for the strap: Ivory, Olive, Orange, Blue, Black, and Pink. Additionally, two special editions are available: Pine Green and Moon Gray.
