???? WhatsApp beta for Android 2.19.97: what's new?
WhatsApp is experimenting a new feature under development that prevents to send frequently forwarded messages in groups, when enabled! ????https://t.co/u6MExGVPYK

The feature is not available yet and it will be enabled in future.

As per WaBetaInfo, this new update will only be accessible to the Whatsapp group admins, and will only work in group chats. Recently, mostly forwarded messages appeared as “Frequently forwarded” if they were shared more than four times.

With this update, Whatsapp is aiming to cut out spam and fake news texts on Whatsapp. While, people can still copy the text and spread it, without getting blocked. But one can not forward the text which is already reported spam or fake news by Whatsapp. As well as, the company is further working on an Integrated Reverse Image Search which will efficiently and quickly verify the pictures received as it is a reliable image or a fake one.

WhatsApp is still rolling out the new Privacy Settings for Group (Android and iOS beta) in recent updates.
The roll out is incredibly slow, so don't worry if the feature is not enabled for you yet. Be patient.

This new feature is still in beta version and has not been made public yet, but soon it will be made public.
