As Facebook and WhatsApp both owned by Mark Zuckerberg. The latest update will allow users to send texts between WhatsApp and messenger (Facebook). This means to communicate with a person having WhatsApp, you don’t need an account as you can simply text that person from your Facebook messenger.
Facebook will also tell a person he or she has been blocked by someone on WhatsApp. Will be able to send push notifications of WhatsApp to Facebook Messenger or from Facebook Messenger to WhatsApp. It won’t show the content, there will be just notifications.

Facebook is currently working on this feature and will be available to the users in the future. Hopefully, in upcoming updates.
This will help users cut down the number of messaging apps, this feature will make messaging easier. People are also raising questions about end-to-end encryption issues while sharing sensitive information between the apps.
