Apple has refreshed its iPhone Repair and Service webpage to incorporate updated service charges for the recently released iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone Air models. The new pricing details cover battery replacements, glass repairs, and various other servicing options.
Service costs now fluctuate between $99 and $799. Following the launch of the latest iPhones, Apple has also revised its Repair and Services estimator. This update reflects out-of-warranty pricing for services such as screen repairs, battery replacements, and miscellaneous damages.
Below is a comprehensive table outlining the repair fees for each device:
| Repair Type | iPhone 17 | iPhone Air | iPhone 17 Pro | iPhone 17 Pro Max |
|————–|————|————|—————|——————-|
| Front screen damage | $329 | $329 | $329 | $379 |
| Back glass damage | $159 | $159 | $159 | $159 |
| Combined front and back glass | $419 | $419 | $419 | $469 |
| Battery replacement | $99 | $119 | $119 | $119 |
| Rear camera repair | $169 | $169 | $249 | $249 |
| Other damages | $599 | $699 | $749 | $799 |
When covered under AppleCare, the cost for fixing a cracked screen or damaged back glass drops to $29 each. Repairing both simultaneously costs just $58, regardless of the device. Battery replacements are complimentary, and charges for rear camera repairs or additional damages are fixed at $99.
Out-of-warranty repairs generally apply to issues that are not related to manufacturing defects, as defined by Apple:
> “The Apple Limited Warranty covers your iPhone and the included Apple-branded accessories against manufacturing faults for one year from the purchase date. If your issue isn’t covered, a fee will be applied. In cases where your iPhone is ineligible for servicing, you may need to opt for a full replacement at full cost.”
Additionally, consumers interested in accessories can find deals on Amazon, offering various discounts on compatible products.
