RealMe X50 5G Cheapest 5G Smartphone With Price and Review

The manufacturer Realme has put the small dishes in the big with the RealMe X50 5G Pro: not only is it the first smartphone to integrate the new mid-range 5G processor from Qualcomm, but it is also very well equipped.

Realme did not wait to integrate the new Snapdragon 765 processor into one of its smartphones. Qualcomm presented the chip last December, it should allow hatching of 5G smartphones at more affordable prices than current models. This is the case of the X50 Pro 5G, just unveiled by the manufacturer (which, like OnePlus, Vivo and Oppo, is part of the BBK group).

In addition to access to 5G, the smartphone (which succeeds the X2 and X2 Pro) incorporates a 6.57-inch LCD screen which has a special feature: its display frequency at 120 Hz, a rare feature including in the high end. The X2 Pro was “content” with 90 Hz. The screen resolution is 2.400 x 1.080, it occupies most of the surface of the device thanks to two holes which contain a 16-megapixel sensor and an ultra-wide-angle of 8 megapixels.

At the rear, Realme also did not butt out on the number of modules: there are four, no less! The main sensor is 64 megapixels with an f/1.8 aperture, the second is a 12-megapixel telephoto (f / 2.5, x2 optical zoom), the third an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle (f / 2.3) and the fourth is a 2-megapixel macro (f / 2.4).

Impressive for mid-range, especially as Realme was just as generous for the battery (4,200 mAh) with fast charge 30 watts (no wireless charge, by cons). The RAM ranges from 6 to 12 GB of RAM for storage of 128 to 256 GB. The smartphone includes a fingerprint reader on its edge.

Three models are currently offered in China, starting at 2,499 yuan (around $360) for the basic version equipped with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Not a word for an exit in France (or in Europe), but 5G networks are still far from being developed.
