Zoom had a great year which showed a 500 percent increase in tit’s stock price trigged by the home-based working due to Coronavirus.
And now the company is eyeing the Email and Calendar service. The company confirmed to the Digital Phablet that they’re working on the Email services just like Gmail, Outlook, and others. The testing of the Emailing server in the Beta version will start in early 2021. While the Zoom Calendar App can release after the Emailing service is fully functional.
The major competing platforms for Zoom are Office 365 which comes with workspace, video conferencing, calendar, and email bundle products.
Zoom is looking to combine all these to make their platform more accessible and hybrid.
The source has also claimed that Zoom has the vision to built a proper corporate suite app, just like Google Suite.
But to be that, the company has to wait for a while until everything goes back to normal and see how people are now adopting their services after the pandemic ends.
