Elon Musk’s social media platform, X, experienced a global outage on Tuesday, affecting thousands of users worldwide, according to Downdetector.com. In the United States alone, over 22,900 reports of issues with X were logged as of 9:19 a.m. Eastern Time. Downdetector compiles outage reports from various sources to monitor platform statuses.
In the UK, more than 7,000 users reported problems with X at the same time, while in Canada, the issue impacted over 2,700 users. The platform did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Reuters.
