Pakistani expatriates in the UAE reaffirmed their loyalty and solidarity at a community gathering in Dubai, organized under the “One Nation, One Family” initiative. They expressed their willingness to volunteer support for the UAE if needed, emphasizing their deep connection to the country they now call home.
Participants shared sentiments about the UAE’s role in supporting their ambitions, with one attendee stating, “The UAE supported our dreams. Now we are prepared to give back wholeheartedly.” Many participants called themselves “sons of the soil” and voiced readiness to assist authorities in any capacity, awaiting guidance on how they can serve.
Bu Abdullah, a prominent Emirati businessman and guest of honor, highlighted the importance of unity, urging everyone to adhere to laws and stay united during this challenging period. Mian Munir Hans, the event organizer, praised UAE leadership for maintaining security and fostering an environment of peace and tolerance.
Malik Aslam, a representative of overseas Pakistanis, highlighted the community’s achievements in the UAE and their ongoing gratitude, reaffirming their commitment to supporting the country’s leadership under any circumstance. Long-term residents like Qadir Magsi and Mohammad Saleem also expressed a profound emotional bond with the UAE, stating they stand ready to shoulder any responsibilities if called upon.
The event attracted members of the Pakistani diaspora, business groups, and political figures, all united in their appreciation for the opportunities the UAE has provided and their commitment to the country’s stability and prosperity.
