If you’re using Amazon Connect and want to share reports you’ve saved, here’s what you need to know. While the platform allows you to share saved reports, it doesn’t clearly show how to share saved searches within Contact Search in the documentation.

To share saved reports, you’ll need a specific permission called “Saved reports – Publish” on your security profile. Once you have this permission, sharing is straightforward. First, save the report you want to share. Then, you can click on the “Share report” option, which appears either in the report’s Actions menu or as a Share icon in your list of saved reports. Doing this will generate a link that you can copy and send to the people you want to share the report with. Only those with the right permissions can access the shared report through this link.

When it comes to saved searches within Contact Search, the documentation doesn’t mention any way to share them. Based on what you’ve experienced, it seems that only the person who created a saved search can see it. This looks like a current limit of the system.

If you’re looking for more options or workarounds, it’s a good idea to check resources like the AWS re:Post platform or ask your question there. The AWS community can often provide helpful advice or alternative methods.
