If you’ve recently started using your brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max and are having trouble making the Genmoji feature work, you’re not alone. Many users find that certain features don’t activate right away or require a few tweaks to get going. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you get Genmoji working smoothly on your device.

First, check that your iPhone’s software is up to date. Sometimes, new features like Genmoji require the latest iOS updates to function properly. To do this, go to your Settings, tap on General, then select Software Update. If there’s an update available, follow the prompts to download and install it.

Next, make sure that the Genmoji feature is enabled in your keyboard settings. To do this, go to Settings, then General, and tap on Keyboard. Look for the option related to Genmoji and turn it on if it’s off. Sometimes, these features are turned off by default after updates or new device setups.

You also want to check if you’re using the right keyboard. Open the keyboard in any app, then tap on the globe icon or hold the smiley face icon. If Genmoji isn’t showing up, try switching to the emoji keyboard or add a new keyboard that supports Genmoji.

If none of these steps work, restart your iPhone. This can fix minor glitches that might be causing the feature not to appear. Simply press and hold the side button and either volume button, then slide to power off. Turn your phone back on and try again.

Finally, if Genmoji still isn’t showing up after all these steps, contact Apple Support or visit an Apple Store. There might be a specific issue with your device that needs professional help.

By following these simple tips, you should be able to activate and use Genmoji on your iPhone 17 Pro Max easily. Remember, sometimes it just takes a little troubleshooting to get everything working perfectly!
