But don’t worry—there’s a great alternative: the HP Smart app. Here’s how you can easily switch to HP Smart and continue scanning and managing your printer with ease.

Download the HP Smart App
Begin by downloading the HP Smart app. Open the Microsoft Store on your computer, then search for "HP Smart". Click on the app and choose "Get" or "Install." It should download and install quickly.
Open the App
Once the installation is complete, launch the HP Smart app from your Start menu or desktop. You might be greeted with a welcome screen showing the app’s features.
Connect Your Printer
The next step is to connect your printer. Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer. The app will usually search for available printers automatically. When it finds your printer, select it from the list.
