If you need to unlink two or more contacts that are linked together, here’s how you can do it easily using your Contacts app.

First, you need to find and open the Contacts app on your device. If you don’t see it on your home screen, it might be in the App Library. To locate it there, follow these steps:

1. Go to your home screen.
2. Swipe in from the far-left side of the screen to open the App Library.
3. Type “Contacts” in the search bar at the top of the App Library.

Once you find the Contacts app, open it. Now, locate the contact that you want to fix:

1. Tap on the contact’s name to open their details.
2. Tap the “Edit” button, which is usually in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down until you see the “Linked Contacts” section.

In this section, you’ll see the contacts that are linked together. To unlink a contact:

1. Find the linked contact you want to remove.
2. Tap the red hyphen (“-“) button next to that linked contact.
3. Confirm by tapping “Unlink.”
4. When finished, tap “Done” to save your changes.

That’s it! You’ve successfully unlinked the contacts. This process is simple and helps you organize your contacts better.
