If you’re looking to add more storage to your notebook, you’ll find that it only supports one M.2 NVMe SSD. This means that if you need extra space, you’ll need to replace the current SSD with a higher-capacity one.
Here’s what you can do: first, turn off your notebook and disconnect it from the power supply. Carefully remove the back cover to access the internal components. Locate the existing 512 GB SSD—usually, it’s easy to spot as it’s a small rectangular component connected to the motherboard.
Next, gently remove the existing SSD by releasing any clips or screws holding it in place. Then, install a new, higher-capacity M.2 NVMe SSD in the same slot. Make sure it’s securely fitted, and then reassemble your notebook.
