Are you wondering about the usage limits for Apple Intelligence and Private Cloud Compute? Many AI services like ChatGPT, Gemini, and others typically have restrictions on how much you can use them, especially if you’re not paying for premium plans. These limits are put in place to prevent overuse and manage server load.

However, I’ve found that Apple Intelligence and Private Cloud Compute tend to be much more generous. I use them multiple times each day to do things like summarize long texts with a custom Apple Shortcut, and I haven’t hit any limits so far—even with frequent and intense use.

So, does this mean Apple’s AI services are completely free from daily limits? Or could it be because it’s designed to operate privately, so Apple doesn’t track individual usage? While Apple doesn’t openly specify strict usage caps, their approach seems to allow more freedom compared to other services. It’s possible that the privacy aspect helps reduce restrictions, but until Apple provides clear details, it’s best to think of it as a service with very flexible usage.

In summary, if you plan to use Apple Intelligence and Private Cloud Compute often, you’re likely to enjoy few or no restrictions—making it a great option for frequent or heavy AI tasks without worrying about hitting a usage cap.
