If your M203 printer isn’t connecting after changing network settings, resetting it to its factory settings can help. Here’s a simple way to do it:
First, turn off the printer. Then, locate the paper feed and cancel buttons on the printer. Press and hold both of these buttons at the same time. While holding the buttons, turn the printer back on. Keep holding the buttons for about 10-15 seconds until you see the display or lights indicate that the reset process has started or completed.
Once the reset is done, the printer will return to its original factory settings. You’ll now need to reconnect it to your new network. To do this, go to the printer’s menu and select the network setup options. Choose your new Wi-Fi network or Ethernet, then enter the new network password if prompted.
After the printer is online with the new IP address, you can proceed to join it to your domain. This should resolve connectivity issues caused by network changes and allow you to manage the printer within your domain environment.
