I recently subscribed to an Amazon Q Developer PRO plan, and my subscription shows that it is active. I’ve double-checked the payment details including currency and credit cards, and everything seems correct. However, when I use Visual Studio Code (VSCode), the chat feature is not showing up as the PRO version. I’ve confirmed that VSCode and my AWS profile are correctly connected multiple times, so that shouldn’t be the issue.
I subscribed about three hours ago, and I was told that the PRO service usually activates within 30 minutes to an hour. But it still isn’t showing up. Can anyone offer some advice or tips to help troubleshoot this issue?
