When CES 2026 begins on January 6, 2026, LG will be one of the most anticipated brands to watch. The technology event showcases a wide range of new gadgets, and LG plans to make significant announcements across all major categories, including TVs, monitors, speakers, and home appliances.
LG has announced it will hold a grand press conference and live stream on January 6th at 8 a.m. PT, accessible via YouTube. This event will provide a sneak peek at some of the company’s most exciting releases for the upcoming year, but its physical presence on the CES showroom floor in Las Vegas will offer a closer look at everything on the horizon.
We already have some insights into LG’s plans, thanks to a blog post highlighting this year’s CES 2026 Innovation Awards. Among the upcoming products are robot vacuums, 6K computer monitors, and Micro RGB TVs — the latter of which could become a major display trend, especially with CES serving as their launch platform.
Here’s what fans can expect from LG at CES 2026:
### Micro RGB, Signature, and OLED TVs
LG has traditionally used CES to debut a multitude of new televisions. In 2025, the company showcased updates across several lines, and 2026 is expected to follow suit. Based on the Innovation Awards, we know LG will introduce new OLED TVs and monitors, including an upgraded version of its transparent Signature OLED T, alongside a new high-end LCD panel featuring Micro RGB technology.
Micro RGB is an innovative display tech that debuted mid-2025, utilizing tiny red, green, and blue LEDs to enhance contrast and color accuracy—further improving upon Micro LED in some respects, albeit at a higher price point. Several new Micro RGB TVs are expected to be unveiled at CES, possibly establishing it as the new display trend for the year, warranting close attention from TV enthusiasts.
Loyal LG fans will also be watching for new entries in the G- and C-series. These models are likely to dominate the awards LG has been touting and will be the focal point for consumers and media alike throughout the year. While Micro RGB may just turn heads on the showroom floor, the G6 and C6 models are expected to generate most of the buzz, despite having used similar names for previous phones and TVs.
Other TV models beyond these are unlikely at this stage, as LG generally prefers not to dilute the spotlight with more budget options that could split attention between the flagship displays.
### Monitors, Laptops, and Other Screens
LG’s CES showcases aren’t limited to TVs — high-resolution monitors and laptops often take center stage as well. Last year, LG introduced the UltraGear GX9, one of the first 5K gaming monitors announced at the event, emphasizing OLED display tech. Given the anticipated release of new graphics cards around CES 2026, it’s plausible LG will launch additional high-res gaming monitors, including more affordable OLED options beyond its premium UltraGear lineup. Such products could become a major draw for gamers and tech aficionados alike.
In the past, LG has also launched updates to its LG Gram laptops, often highlighting AI features. We expect developments along those lines this year, with newer Gram models or convertible 2-in-1 laptops incorporating advanced AI capabilities, continuing the trend of integrating smart tech into portable devices.
### Speakers, Soundbars, and Wearables
LG frequently leverages CES to introduce new audio products, and the 2025 lineup — including the popular will.i.am-tuned xBoom speakers — received notable attention. It’s almost certain LG will showcase the next generation of xBoom speakers, potentially with new celebrity endorsers or refreshed designs, although the company’s focus will probably lie in refining these offerings rather than major overhauls.
Additionally, the company might reveal new soundbars to complement its TV lineup. Last year, the US20A soundbar was teased, but LG’s audio accessories could benefit from an extensive refresh to ensure a more competitive and cohesive product line.
### Kitchen Appliances, Smart Home Devices, and Robot Vacuums
Household appliances and smart home gadgets are often front and center at LG’s CES presentations, aligning with their theme of “elevating daily life through Affectionate Intelligence” — delivering seamlessly connected and intuitive customer experiences.
Expect announcements of new refrigerators, washing machines, and smart kitchen devices with enhanced AI and connectivity features. These innovations, alongside smarter systems for home automation, will likely be showcased through models integrating improved functionality and integration with LG’s broader smart ecosystem.
Moreover, LG’s Innovation Awards hint at new robotic vacuums, including models with compact stations that utilize steam cleaning to maintain freshness, which could appeal to the tech-savvy and convenience-focused consumers.

As CES 2026 approaches, LG’s lineup promises to set a high standard for innovation across displays, home tech, and entertainment, highlighting their commitment to pushing the boundaries of consumer technology.
