The New Bloom Festival is one of the exciting events happening right now in Infinity Nikki‘s Firework Season. With so much happening, keeping track can be a bit overwhelming. The easiest way to manage everything is to tackle each event individually. You’ll find all the details for each event in the relevant section of the Events tab. Within the New Bloom Festival section under Events, you’ll discover various activities designed to immerse you in the celebrations.
The New Bloom Festival marks the start of the new year in Infinity Nikki and is celebrated with traditions from the Linlang Empire. Down at the harbor in Florawish, players have the chance to meet new characters from the Linlang Empire, some of whom may require your assistance. Start your adventure by looking for the Echoes of the Past questline in the events tab.
Event Stages of the New Bloom Festival
Main Quest and Mini-Quests: There’s So Much to Do
The primary questline for the New Bloom Festival in Infinity Nikki is titled Echoes of the Past. Nikki and Momo set out to find the famed music master of the Linlang Empire, Du Yubai, who mysteriously went missing just before her major performance. You can start the quest by visiting the ship in Florawish’s harbor and speaking with Xian. As you progress, you may also come across limited-time Random quests that offer typical rewards, but completing the main quest is advised first.
Exploring “Echoes of the Past”
The “Listening to Echoes of the Past” quest takes you all around the Wishfield as you follow the legacy of a scholar who Du Yubai wishes to honor. This scholar saved one of Du Yubai’s ancestors in his youth but never had a chance to meet him again before passing. Collect clues and information to help Du Yubai close the chapter of her ancestor’s story.
In addition to the main questline, there are various smaller tasks for Nikki to complete that yield rewards. Much like during the Shooting Star Season, these mini-quests are quick, provide insight into the New Bloom Festival’s significance, and include activities like capturing photos of festival-exclusive sights and solving tangram puzzles, all of which come with attractive rewards.
New Bloom Reunion
The New Bloom Reunion features two categories of mini-quests: the New Bloom Chronicles and Fun Encounters. The first three quests in the New Bloom Chronicles unlock after completing specific tasks. The first two unlock after finishing the “Truth is Close” quest, while the last one becomes available following the “Listening to the Echoes of the Past” quest.

The Fun Encounters also include three quests that become available sequentially: the first one, “Observation: White Jade,” unlocks after completing “Truth is Close,” the second, “Kindled Inspiration: New Bloom’s Outfit,” unlocks after completing “Sailing Through Lens,” and the last one, “Wish of Lanterns,” opens after finishing “Lost Cargo.” All three mini-quests offer 30 Diamonds each as well as some Threads, Bling, Shiny Bubbles, and Shining Particles.
New Bloom Snapshot
Ginona will express her excitement about the Linlang delegation’s visit and request that you take some photos for a magazine issue. You’ll also receive a request from a Linlang local. This will help you complete the final four photos for the New Bloom Snapshot segment of the event, allowing you to collect all the rewards.
Whim Tangram
You can enjoy a limited-time minigame called Whim Tangram at the harbor, where you’ll solve spatial puzzles. This game comprises four puzzles, though only three are currently available, with a fourth expected soon.
Whim Tangram presents a different type of challenge compared to other minigames like Marble King from Infinity Nikki, where speed and reflexes are crucial. Instead, Whim Tangram particularly focuses on mental challenges, striking a balance between being difficult yet solvable.
Strings of Time
Strings of Time consists of a sequence of timed objectives reminiscent of the Wishfield Travel Journal that encourages exploration of everything the New Bloom Festival has to offer. Some objectives will be completed automatically as you progress through other quests, while others will require extra effort. Whatever the case may be, they yield excellent rewards, making the effort worthwhile.

In addition to these material rewards, you will also receive the four-star Endless Longing outfit, complete with the Pipa ability. This outfit allows players to play the pipa, a traditional Linlang instrument, much like a violin. For players looking to invest in this event, there’s a costume available for Momo that lets him perform a duet while you play, enhancing the outfit’s appeal.
Although this event alone won’t give you quite enough Diamonds to draw from either limited-time banner, the Carnival of Fireworks, New Horizons Day, and Current Adventures events can help fill that gap. There’s plenty to explore within the extensive content introduced in the 1.2 update of Infinity Nikki, and once you wrap up the New Bloom Festival, even more adventures await!
