In the Lethe Ministry of Cultural Primacy, also known as the Ministry of Propaganda, you’ll notice the ignorance and cruelty flowing from the highest levels of society. This place also reveals what they’re hoarding and profiting from, keeping it all for themselves.
How To Start The Blackmailed Mystery
The Blackmailed Mystery begins in the Lethe Ministry of Cultural Primacy. You’ll unlock it after you’ve spent enough time exploring the Lethe Library. As you move through the building, you’ll see it’s been taken over by angry protesters who are increasingly disillusioned with the government, especially after the civil war and some extreme ideologies.
In one room, you’ll spot a woman sitting on a chair, with a glowing object on the desk next to her. These are the Keys — Ministry Car. The story behind the car is for you to uncover, but it’s still in the Ministry.
Where To Use The Ministry Car Keys
You enter the Lethe Ministry of Cultural Primacy through the parking lot on the upper floor. However, there’s another floor below with more vehicles. Head down there and find the car in the corner.
Interacting with the car can be tricky. Try facing directly towards the trunk and look for the prompt to use the key. When you finally get it open, you’ll receive two items: the Ecstasy Lymbic Rod – X and a Letter of Confiscation. The letter states that another Lymbic Rod is in the Ministry, specifically in Room 108.
Where To Find The Second Lymbic Rod
You can access the lower levels of the Ministry by dropping through a collapsed section of the floor near the door where Ralst’s assistant is trapped. From there, head to the large office area and locate the door labeled 108.
Inside, you’ll find the next Ecstasy Lymbic Rod – Y. This will be there whether or not you’ve unlocked the Ministry car. But don’t forget, the Blackmailed Mystery isn’t finished yet. You need to use the Lymbic Rods to uncover the hidden treasures they guard.
Using The Lymbic Rods
These rods have descriptions indicating they should be used in the “doorway of the buried Forges of the earth.” This hint points to the Lymbic Forge, which is a massive dungeon. To progress, head toward the kitchen area where the Lymbic Door is located in the middle of the hall.
Opening this door reveals some valuable rewards: the Terror Glyph, Recoil – Enhanced, the Twin Axes of Rage, and the Bowl of Ash Research Item. After collecting these, you’ll complete the Blackmailed Mystery and have some impressive loot to show for your efforts.
