However, identifying the type of ore you’ll obtain at a glance can be tricky, often resulting in a lot of trial and error. Among these ores, Fucium stands out as one of the rarest, complicating the search even further. Luckily, knowing the right spots and times to look can make this process a bit easier. Where To Find Fucium

Fucium can exclusively be found in Mining Outcrops, but it’s unique in that it’s only available in one particular area: the Mining Outcrops in Wyveria. The chances of extracting it remain consistent across different Outcrops.

To enhance your odds of obtaining Fucium, consider these tips. First, try farming during the Plenty season, as many materials are more likely to yield a greater quantity, particularly rarer ones. Additionally, if you notice a Mining Outcrop surrounded by sparkles, this indicates a higher likelihood of dropping rare materials.

To improve your efficiency while farming for Fucium, be sure to filter the map to display only material collection points.

Don’t forget about your Palico, who can assist with gathering materials. If you see your Palico approaching a Mining Outcrop, let them mine first. If the vein still has ore available, your Palico can extract a piece or two. This will not diminish your own chances to collect from the Outcrop, giving you extra opportunities to score some Fucium.
