Where to Find New Outposts for Tian Wen Tagging in Arc Raiders

As you explore above ground in Arc Raiders, you’ll come across different machines that have taken control. These Arc units are actively attacking the raiders at the site, making it difficult to gather resources even on good days. However, the team in Speranza believes it’s time to try going topside again—to rebuild outposts and establish new ones.

With our guide, you can find each of the locations that Tain Wen asks you to mark. Doing so will help the team build new outposts over time, which benefits everyone in the fight against the machines.

### Where to Mark Outpost Buildings for Tain Wen

When you start this quest, Tain Wen asks you to go to four different regions above ground to mark spots for new outposts. You will need to visit the Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Spaceport, and Blue Gate. At each location, you’ll need to spray paint a clear mark on specific structures to help the construction crews.

Since the maps are large, it’s easy to get turned around. Here are all the spots you need to find to complete this task:

#### Dam Battlegrounds Marker Location
At Dam Battlegrounds, go to the northern part of the map. Head to the Pattern House, which is located up a hill behind the electrical field and the northern elevator. Once there, look to the right of the front door and tag the wall with your spray. This marking will let the Speranza team know where to set up an outpost later.

#### Buried City Marker Location
In the Buried City, look for the sunken homes buried in the sand. These are in the southeastern corner of the map. Find a garage door needing fresh paint, then spray a mark on the wall. After marking it, head to the closest extraction point to leave safely.

#### Spaceport Marker Location
At the Spaceport, reach the Southern Trench Tower, located far to the north. If it’s hard to get there, you can deploy a zipline to cross the gap or take the stairs hidden below. Once you arrive, tag the southern tower near the eastern staircase, then head to the extraction point.

#### The Blue Gate Marker Location
In Blue Gate, go to the tower between the Checkpoint and Warehouse Complex. There is a makeshift tower with three points you could mark, but you only need to spray paint one of them. Finish by heading back to the exit point.

After marking all four sites for Tain Wen, return to complete the quest. Your rewards include a rare firearm, medium-sized ammo, and a rare weapon mod—perfect for upgrading your gear.
