Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar has a straightforward progression system based on the bazaar itself. As you sell more items and install additional stalls, the bazaar levels up. Leveling up unlocks more requests and new items through the windmills.

After some progress in the game, you’ll meet Isaac, who introduces you to the windmills. There are three windmills total, with the first unlocking rather early. To unlock the second one, the blue windmill, you need to upgrade your bazaar rank twice, reaching rank three.
Once you achieve this upgrade and watch the cutscene on the following Sunday, new requests will be available, including the “Seen Anything Lying Around?” request from Isaac. You can accept this by talking to him directly. He’ll ask you to find his lost items at the bazaar.
### Where to Find Isaac’s Lost Item
