When Ditto transforms itself to resemble its trainer in Pokémon Pokopia, having a fitting trainer outfit is essential. The game begins with a few basic clothing options in different colors, but these are pretty simple. If you want something more unique that suits your style, you’re in luck. Besides the initial outfits and hairstyles, you can find additional, scattered throughout Pokopia, some of which are inspired by famous Gym Leaders from the Kanto region. These outfits come as complete sets, but you can mix and match pieces, most including shirts, pants, shoes, and sometimes hats.
Below is a table showing where to find all the special outfits beyond the starting options:
| Outfit & Location | Description | Images |
|---|---|---|
| Ninja Outfit — Withered Wasteland | Located east of the Pokémon Center, behind a breakable wall at what looks like a ruined house. | |
| Ranger Outfit — Bleak Beach | Found in the remains of Lt. Surge’s Gym, northwest of the S.S. Anne. | |
| Sailor Outfit — Bleak Beach | Situated on the wreck of the S.S. Anne, behind the ship’s wheel on the upper deck. | |
| Rock Solid Outfit — Rocky Ridges | Inside a cave near the mine tracks north of the Pokémon Center, across lava. Enter the small hole in the wall to find Brock’s outfit. | |
| Super Nerd Outfit — Rocky Ridges | On a pile of crates on the same rocky ridge, following the mine cart track past Brock’s location. |
Similarly, Ditto can mimic iconic hairstyles from Gym Leaders in Kanto. Here are some locations for special hairstyles:
| Hairstyle | Location | Image |
|---|---|---|
| Mermaid — Withered Wasteland | Found near Onyx’s area, in the same place as the Mermaid hair accessory. | |
| Parted — Withered Wasteland | Located on top of a cliff overlooking the northern gate, in the windy area. | |
| Piled — Withered Wasteland | Found atop a high ledge in the same general area, near Onyx. |
Even if you haven’t uncovered all the options yet, you can always change Ditto’s outfit and hairstyle later. To do so, you need access to a mirror. Once you build your first home and are asked to furnish it, you’ll be directed to a PC shop, where you can purchase a standing mirror. Placing the mirror allows you to interact with it and revisit the initial customization menu. From there, you can modify Ditto’s look whenever you want, changing outfits, hairstyles, and more.
