Reading is a meaningful activity both in real life and in the fictional world of Arc Raiders. It helps spark the imagination and gives people something to focus on. In a world where machines called ARC have caused widespread destruction, the people of Speranza need fun distractions to pass the time.
Speranza has a small library, but with many people and limited books, it won’t be long before everyone gets tired of reading the same titles repeatedly. Apollo wants to expand the library with new books, and an old library is the perfect place to find some.
### Where to Find All Three Books for the Library
Building a library is part of Apollo’s quests. This particular quest becomes available after completing the previous task, Digging Up Dirt, from Celeste. To do this, you’ll need to return to the Buried City, but this time, head to the library across from the Town Hall.
Be cautious when entering the library. A Bombardier can spawn outside in the courtyard and attack through the broken ceiling, especially if Spotters nearby reveal your position.
There are three books you need to find, located in yellow bookcases that are knee-high. One book is on the ground floor, next to a pile of bricks and a fallen-over shelf near the window.
The other two books are on the second floor. One of the bookcases is against the wall near the top of the stairs, and the final bookcase is against a half-wall on that floor, beside two larger bookcases that have fallen on each other.
Each bookcase drops one of the three books you need. Once you gather all of them, go back to Speranza and talk to Apollo to complete the quest. As a reward, you’ll receive an Explosive Mine, a Jolt Mine, and a Heavy Fuze Grenade.
