Most of the requests in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar are simple, usually involving collecting enough of a certain material or item to give to an NPC. Early in the game, there’s a request called “SOS! Runaway Birds!” where you need to find three escaped chickens in Zephyr Town.
Kat asks for your help to find these chickens so she can set up her own stall at the bazaar. If you’re wondering where to find these little birds, here’s what you need to know.
All Chicken Locations
The chickens are pretty easy to spot once you know where they’re hiding, but it can be confusing at first. We’ve marked the three chicken locations on the Zephyr Town map above, and detailed their exact spots below for your convenience.
While their hiding spots are fairly obvious once you’re familiar with the area, it’s understandable to struggle at first. So, here are the locations with some tips.
Chicken by the Waterfall
The first chicken is located just behind the waterfall, southeast of the windmill on the west side of Zephyr Town.
In Front Of The Mayor’s House
The second chicken can be found right in front of the Mayor’s House, north of the town map.
Beside The Bridge
The final chicken is beside the bridge on the lower eastern side of Zephyr Town, just to the right.
Rewards for Completing the “SOS! Runaway Birds!” Request
Once you find all three chickens, you’ll get a reward. Completing this request unlocks the Fuzzy Friends Shelter at the bazaar, which opens on Saturdays. There, you can surrender pets or animals you no longer want, and they will be rehomed.
Helping others establish their stalls in the bazaar also helps you improve your standing and rank up the bazaar itself.
