Digimon Story: Time Stranger has limited side content until the final stages, when it introduces around twelve side quests for players to complete. To raise your Agent Rank and unlock the game’s strongest Digimon, you must finish every one of these quests.

Most side quests are simple, but some take a long time to finish. One example is the quest called “All Eyes on Me,” which involves finding all of Etemon’s Soul Bits. How to start “All Eyes on Me”

To begin this quest, you must first complete the quest called “A Gift From the Hosts,” which becomes available just before the final battle. After that, go back to Shinjuku, eight years in the past. Etemon will send you a message on the Digiline, asking you to find his missing Soul Bits.

There are a total of 17 Soul Bits hidden around the Human World in the eight-year-ago timeline. To collect each one, locate it and hit it with a DigiAttack.

The Soul Bits are scattered across different locations in the game, each marked by specific landmarks:

   • Hanging from the rafters in the western tunnel.
     

7. Shinjuku: A Certain Back Alley

   • In the bottom right corner of the map.
     

8. Shinjuku Station: East Gate

   • In the eastern part of the map.
     

9. Shinjuku Underground: Promenade

   • In the center of the map.
     

10. Akihabara Station: Electric Town South Exit

    • Near the Skill Disc shop.
      

11. Akihabara: A Certain Back Alley

    • Near the taxi, in the top right corner.
      

12. Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building: Exterior

    • Standing directly in front of the government building.
      

13. Shinjuku Park: Waterfall Plaza

    • On the right side of the park, hanging from a tree.
      

14. Shinjuku: East Shopping District

    • About midway between the clothing shop and convenience store.
      

15. Shinjuku Underground Waterway: North Block

    • Floating in the water in the southern part of the map.
      

16. Shinjuku Underground Waterway: South Block

    • Fighting some Trach in the bottom right corner.
      

17. Shinjuku Underground Reservoir

    • In front of the top-left gate.
      

After collecting all 17 Soul Bits, return to the In-Between Theater, and the quest will complete automatically.
