The Heartopia Winter Frost Event is happening now, offering fun new snow-related activities like concerts, chilly recipes, or updating your winter wardrobe. During the event, you’ll see special “Fashionwave” items at the event store, which are rewards for completing tasks and quests. However, these items aren’t always easy to buy.
The store updates daily, but there are other chances to get your favorite items. If you have friends, you don’t need to worry about missing out. Here’s how the DG member purchase system works.
Where to Buy Fashionwave Items
If the item, furniture, or clothing you want is available from Azure at the Winter Event area on Onsen Mountain, and you have enough tokens, you can buy directly from her. Just talk to Azure to complete the purchase, similar to shopping with any merchant in the game. You’ll find her between the Winter Utopia bus stop and the igloo.
You can also refresh the store to see new items, but this costs 2,500 gold.
How to Ask DG Members for Help
Sometimes an item you want isn’t available at the store. Maybe you don’t have enough Fashionwave Tokens, or you missed the store’s cycle. Waiting for it to come back is possible, but it’s not guaranteed.
Instead, you can see who owns the item and ask them for help. When you’re in the Fashionwave Store, select the DG Member Friend Purchase tab, then pick the item you want on the right side.
Once you’ve found someone who owns it, you’ll see their name at the bottom of the page. You can add them as a friend or track their location on the map. When they accept or you meet up with them, you can ask for their help. To do this, there will be icons on their profile. Tap the right icon (or the middle one if you’re friends) to access the buy or sell options.
To request the item, click the basket icon on the right and select what you’d like. If the player agrees, it will use 30 energy from them. Offering some food before or after can help persuade them. Both you and your friends can request help for each other’s items in this way.
Important: When you ask for help buying a Fashionwave item, you’re not actually purchasing their item directly. Your role is to hold the item temporarily and help them buy their own by using your energy.
