Sony has not yet announced the list of games departing from PS Plus Extra and Premium in May 2026. We’re back with our monthly forecasts based on typical departure patterns. While we can’t guarantee every title we mention will leave, players should keep an eye on these games.
Games Expected to Leave PS Plus Extra and Premium in May 2026
Typically, games are removed from the service either at the 12-month or 24-month mark. Sometimes, titles exit after just six months. This prediction is based on those trends and is intended to give players a heads-up.
Games added two years ago, like the highly-rated RPGs Cat Quest and Cat Quest 2, should be top priorities. Watch Dogs is also approaching its two-year mark, but since Ubisoft titles tend to stay longer as part of Ubisoft+, it might be safe for now. Still, it’s advisable to finish playing such games sooner rather than later.
Other titles nearing the two-year threshold include Crime Boss: Rockay City and The Settlers: New Allies.
Games added one year ago that are still available are Sand Land, Soul Hackers 2, Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, and Stalker: Legends of the Zone Trilogy.
For titles added roughly six months ago, Rockstar Games has a history of removing their games within that timeframe. Players should consider prioritizing GTA V and Red Dead Redemption. If these aren’t removed next month, they are likely to stay until at least November of 2026.
