Gallica is the protagonist’s loyal companion in Metaphor: ReFantazio. This fairy is there to accompany him—well, more like she flies alongside him—through every challenge he faces. As your first ally, Gallica doesn’t fight in battles like some characters do, but she plays a crucial role similar to Fuuka, Rise, and Morgana in the Persona series, providing valuable enemy insights.
Gallica has her own progression system, distinct from the rest of the team. Her ranks activate automatically at specific moments in the story, so you won’t need to stress about triggering her conversations—though we will highlight when they become available.
Moreover, the conversations with Gallica do not influence her rank progress. In fact, unlike other followers, her interactions are not essential for leveling up. This also means that speaking with her won’t affect the amount of MAG you earn.
