Unveiling the Enscrolled Crepusculum Event in HSR: A Guide

Honkai: Star Rail includes various time-limited events that allow players to earn rewards, including Stellar Jades. While some events are expansive and span several days, others are shorter and can be completed within a few hours.

The “Enscrolled Crepresculum” event is an example where players must engage in combat challenges to earn rewards based on their performance. If you’re eager to gather Stellar Jades for future Amphoreus banners, this guide will help you navigate the event quickly.

The Enscrolled Crepresculum event kicked off on February 3, 2025, and runs until February 24, 2025. To participate, you’ll need to achieve Trailblaze Level 21 and complete the Trailblaze mission titled Hero, Bear Thy Coreflame.

Alternatively, you can skip this mission by using Finality’s Vision to jump straight into the event, provided you meet the Trailblaze Level 21 requirement. However, this is not recommended, as it may spoil key plot points, characters, and locations from the Trailblaze mission.

The Enscrolled Crepresculum event is designed with five stages, each focusing on combat but incorporating a special Mutation Mechanic.

When you select your characters and the stage commences, you must follow the rules set by the Mutation Mechanic to successfully defeat your foes. Swiftly conquering your enemies is crucial, as activating a Mutation Mechanic will elevate your Stage Buff rank.

The first four stages will consist of a Buff Buildup phase, followed by a Final Showdown phase. The Buff Buildup phase will include three cycles where you must defeat enemies quickly by triggering Mutation Mechanics. In the Final Showdown phase, no more buffs can be gained, but you can still increase your score.

In the last stage, you’ll face a boss and can utilize the highest Stage Buffs accumulated from previous challenges. You can choose a maximum of two Stage Buffs based on your character preferences for this final encounter.

Stage 1 – A Deathward Negotiation

The goals for this stage include:

• Activate the Frenzied Absorption buff and reach a Stage Buff rank of eight.
• Achieve 40,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.
• Achieve 60,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.
• Achieve 80,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.

The Mutation Mechanic for this stage is known as Frenzied Absorption. You must deplete the War Armor of your enemies to zero and successfully trigger the Frenzied Absorption buff. Doing so will ensure that all defeated enemies inflict damage on others before being eliminated.

The available trial units for this stage are Feixiao, Aventurine, Robin, March 7th (Imaginary), and Moze.

Stage 2 – A Rare Anecdote

The goals for this stage are as follows:

• Activate the Solved Departure Mechanic and achieve a Stage Buff Rank of 15.
• Reach 40,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.
• Reach 60,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.
• Reach 80,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.

The Mutation Mechanic in this stage is called Solved Departure. You need to use a Skill or Ultimate ability on an enemy to trigger this mechanic and force them off the battlefield. You can alternate between using a Skill and Ultimate by using Basic ATK or having them damage themselves.

Trial units available for this stage include The Herta, Argenti, Luocha, and Sparkle.

Stage 3 – An Unexpected Exchange

The challenge goals for this stage are:

• Activate the Targeted Break and reach a Stage Buff Rank of ten.
• Reach 40,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.
• Reach 60,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.
• Reach 80,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.

The Mutation Mechanic for this stage is Targeted Break, where enemies leave the battlefield when their Weakness is broken. After triggering this buff, the character responsible has their Break Effect enhanced and their Action moved forward by 50 percent.

Trial characters for this stage are Rappa, Fugue, Gallagher, Trailblazer (Imaginary), and Ruan Mei.

Stage 4 – An Inescapable Fate

The goals for this stage are:

• Activate the Multi-Strike Shred and reach a Stage Buff Rank of eight.
• Reach 40,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.
• Reach 60,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.
• Reach 80,000 points in the Final Showdown phase.

The Mutation Mechanic for this stage is Multi-Strike Shred. When an enemy’s War Armor is depleted to zero, they are instantly defeated. At that point, the ally Shadesever Bow will act immediately and deal damage to all foes.

Trial characters available for this stage are Aglaea, Sunday, Trailblazer (Ice), Huohuo, and Asta.

This is the final challenge, and your goals are:

There is no unique Mutation Mechanic for this stage. However, you can select buffs from prior stages as long as you reached sufficient Stage Buff Ranks with them. You can choose a maximum of two Mutation Mechanic buffs for the final stage. Recommended buffs for this stage are:

• Solved Departure
• Multi-Strike Shred
