The first method is ideal for those who are willing to rely on luck. You can get the Winter Bell as a drop from the Winter Chest, though the odds are low. This makes this method less appealing, as it requires you to battle Santa repeatedly to collect Winter Chests and then hope that the Winter Bell is among them. Additionally, you must inflict at least three percent damage to Santa before he is defeated to qualify for the Winter Chests.

Purchase a Winter Bell from the Black Market

Instead of hunting for the Winter Bell in chests, you can simply purchase it from the Black Market, but be prepared: it will cost you 100 Candy Canes, a special currency earned by battling Santa.
