You can acquire the Viridian Amber Medallion by defeating the Giant Miranda Sprout boss located within Tombsward Cave.

This cave is situated in the western region of the Weeping Peninsula, northwest of Castle Morne and to the south of the Fourth Church of Marika. The Weeping Peninsula is the southernmost part of Limgrave, accessible via the Bridge of Sacrifice.

Be wary; Tombsward Cave is rife with poisonous swamps, mushroom adversaries, and large rats. Equip yourself with adequate poison resistance or the Flame, Cleanse Me spell to navigate this minor dungeon safely.

Upon reaching the conclusion of Tombsward Cave, prepare for battle with a large Miranda Sprout boss, which is accompanied by several smaller enemies. This foe employs magic beams and poison clouds to damage players, but be reassured, its health pool is relatively low.

Once you triumph over the Giant Miranda Sprout, it will drop the coveted Viridian Amber Medallion in Elden Ring.

Where to Find the Viridian Amber Medallion +1

The upgraded version, the Viridian Amber Medallion +1, is obtained after defeating Margit located just outside Leyndell, the Royal Capital.

This encounter takes place just south of the Outer Wall Battleground Site of Grace. When you hear the words, “I see you, Tarnished,” remain in that spot as a regular enemy transforms into Margit.

The strategy for this encounter is similar to the previous one. Watch for the hammer slam attacks once Margit’s health drops below 50%. Once defeated, he will drop the Viridian Amber Medallion +1 in Elden Ring.

The +2 version of the Viridian Amber Medallion can be found in a treasure chest located in Miquella’s Haligtree. To access this area, you need to collect both halves of the Secret Haligtree Medallion and complete the puzzle at Ordina, Liturgical Town.

Start from the Haligtree Town Plaza Site of Grace. Move forward and drop down onto the roof of the first building. Then, leap onto the roof of the second building which is occupied by a snail and a Crystallian enemy.

From the far right corner, jump to the next roof and turn around immediately. You should spot a corpse with an item on the floor below. Leap off the roof to reach this area.

Clear out the mushroom enemies and proceed to the end of the corridor. At the end, you will find a treasure chest surrounded by eggs. Open this chest to obtain the Viridian Amber Medallion +2 in Elden Ring.

Where to Find the Viridian Amber Medallion +3

The highest variant of the Viridian Amber Medallion can be acquired from the Darklight Catacombs as part of the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

This catacomb is located in the northeastern corner of the map. Starting from the first Site of Grace, head right and then turn left to descend.

Continue along the path until you reach some stairs. Follow the tunnel to the right, then take the immediate right to come across a short wall boundary.

Jump over this boundary to land on a small archway. Continue along it until you reach a small opening, then drop down and jump into a small chamber containing a treasure chest.

Open the chest to retrieve the Viridian Amber Medallion +3 in Elden Ring.
