You can find the Starscourge Heirloom Talisman in a treasure chest located on the roof of Fort Gael, situated in Caelid.

This fort is located in the southwest area of Caelid, close to the northern Limgrave border. As the entrance gate to Fort Gael is locked, navigate around it until you spot a ladder near a tree that leads into the fort through a damaged rampart.

Avoid jumping down. Instead, traverse the wooden beam to access the stairs that lead up to the roof of Fort Gael. Clear out the soldiers in this area, and proceed to the left corner where you’ll discover a canopy tent.

Break through the boxes to clear the way, and then access the treasure chest at the rear of the camp to claim the Starscourge Heirloom Talisman in Elden Ring.
