The Stalwart Horn Charm is a powerful talisman in Elden Ring that significantly boosts the Robustness of its wearer. This accessory, associated with the ancestral followers, is modeled after the budding horn of the Ancestral Beast.
In Elden Ring, there are three distinct versions of the Stalwart Horn Charm. Two are accessible in the base game, while the third can only be found in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. This guide will assist you in locating all three variants and provide tips on how to effectively use them against perilous status effects like Blood Loss and Frost.
Where to Find the Stalwart Horn Charm

The initial variant of the Stalwart Horn Charm can be found on a corpse in the Uld Palace Ruins, located in the northeastern part of Liurnia of the Lakes. It’s advisable to use your mount, Torrent, to navigate the area more easily.

Begin your journey at the Mausoleum Compound site of grace and then retrace your steps to ascend the northern ledge.

As you scale the ledge, take a left when you spot a large rock formation. Stay close to the wall and continue forward until you find a small opening.
Pass through this opening, drop down, and then take another left. You will find a corpse at the edge. Interact with it to secure the Stalwart Horn Charm in Elden Ring.
Where to Find the Stalwart Horn Charm +1

The Stalwart Horn Charm +1 can be found on a corpse in the Consecrated Snowfield region. To gain access to this area, you’ll need two pieces of the Secret Haligtree Medallion, which you can find as follows:
- The right half is with Albus in the Village of Albinaurics.
- The left half is located within a chest in Castle Sol, situated on the Mountaintop of the Giants.
Once you’ve secured both halves, you can access the Consecrated Snowfield by hoisting the medallion at the Grand Lift of Rold.

From the site of grace in the Consecrated Snowfield, head northwest, following the map markers. Upon reaching the last marker, veer left to find some trees.

Follow the path, jump over a rocky area, and keep an eye out for Ancestral Followers nearby. You’ll spot a corpse by a fallen tree trunk.

Interacting with the corpse will reward you with the Stalwart Horn Charm +1.
Where to Find the Stalwart Horn Charm +2

The highest-level variant, Stalwart Horn Charm +2, is exclusive to the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

You’ll find it inside the Bonny Gaol minor dungeon. From the site of grace, proceed straight, turning right when you spot the hanging jars. Avoid dropping down and keep to the right until you arrive at the last door.

Pass through that door, exit through another on the left, and then jump down a hole to the right.

Backtrack through the tunnel, being wary of the many rats that will attack. Eliminate them and continue straight until you find a ladder.

Climb up and grab the Stalwart Horn Charm +2 from the right side.
Uses of the Stalwart Horn Charm in Elden Ring
The Stalwart Horn Charm significantly enhances the Robustness of its user in Elden Ring. Increased Robustness means better resistance against the effects of Blood Loss and Frost, making this talisman invaluable against foes or bosses that inflict these status effects.
Each version of the Stalwart Horn Charm offers varying levels of Robustness: the base edition grants 90, the +1 version provides 140, and the +2 variant adds 180 of Robustness.
There’s also a difference in their sale values: the original charm can be sold for 500, the +1 for 1000, and the +2 for 2000. The charms do not stack with each other, so the lower-level versions become redundant once you acquire a higher-level charm.
