Long before your team in Two Point Museum began searching for new artifacts, Twiggy Silverbottom and her cousins ventured into the uncharted areas of Two Point County. Unfortunately, one by one, they met their demise, and now their spirits linger in many places you’ll explore.
If you manage to locate all four ghosts and place them together in a Polterguest Room, you’ll earn the Silverbottom Reunion Achievement/Trophy, along with a new exhibit that’s bound to attract visitors to your museum.
Where to Find the Silverbottom Ghosts
Twiggy and her cousins—Bish, Bim, and Biff—can be found haunting each of the four exploration maps on Earth within Two Point Museum. They never traveled to space, so there’s no need to search for them in The Known Universe.
Bim Silverbottom
Bim resides in the Withering Way within the Bone Belt. To retrieve his spirit, you’ll need a Prehistory Expert and a Janitor, both at Rank 5, along with a Supernatural Expert of any level. At $20,000 per attempt, Bim is the most expensive of the Silverbottom ghosts to recover.
Before you head out, avoid scheduling your trip during Seismic Season. This time brings a risk of Cave Collapse events that could lead one of your staff to share Bim’s fate. If your team’s Rank totals 30 or greater, you can prevent this event, but achieving that can be a challenge.
Bring a Curse Counter to keep your staff from becoming possessed by the more malevolent spirits in the Withering Way.
Bish Silverbottom
Bish can be found haunting the wreck of the SS Silverbottom beneath the Two Point Sea. He resides in the second of two locations associated with the ship, known as Silverbottom Salvage. The wreck itself is home to several Pirate Spirits, including the notorious Captain Dreadge.
Rescuing Bish from his watery resting place costs $10,000 and requires both a Marine Life Expert and a Supernatural Expert. Your team should have both the Pilot Wings and Survival skills to avoid danger from drowning. If you can spare a skill slot for Happy Thoughts, it can help counter Seasickness.
Alternatively, you could hire Experts with the Sea Legs trait, though you would need a bit of luck for both experts to have it.
Unless the combined Rank of both characters is 20 or greater, bring a Curse Counter to prevent one from being possessed; this will save you a trip to Curses, Curses, Curses for healing.
Biff Silverbottom
Biff, sporting his magnificent mustache, is located deep within Bungle Burrows. You’ll need to progress far in the Bungle Wasteland story to access the Cryo Labs. A visit to the Labs costs $6,000, but you’ll likely need to make at least two trips since your first visit will always reward you with the blueprint for the Air Commissioner.
However, the Cryo Labs are the least hazardous among the Silverbottom haunt locations. With your Science Expert and Assistant, you should be easily able to achieve a combined Rank of 10. If the Expert possesses the Survival Skills to counter the Blizzard event, you can ensure an XP bonus! Additionally, you can use First Aid Kits or Rank Cheese to manage negative events if your team’s skills aren’t at the desired level.
Twiggy Silverbottom
It remains uncertain if Twiggy truly made it to the afterlife during her journey or if she became lost before her death, causing her spirit to wander. Regardless, you’ll need to visit The Resting Place in the Netherworld to bring her back. This journey is perilous, so ensure all three team members have at least Rank 5—preferably more.
Attempting to rescue Twiggy’s spirit costs $17,500 and requires two Supernatural Experts and a Janitor. Having them at Rank 5 ensures they each have two skill slots. Make sure the chosen Janitor has two levels of Happy Thoughts while the Supernatural Experts have two levels of Analysis and Spirit Whispering, respectively.
Advanced training in these three skills will help mitigate the risks of The Resting Place.
With this configuration, all that’s left is Hellhole Repellant or Rank Cheese to ward off a potential Hellhole Holdup; and as long as you avoid going during Nightmare Season, extracting Twiggy from the Netherworld should be safe.
How to Set Up the Silverbottom Ghosts for an Exhibit
The Silverbottoms gain Buzz Bonuses for being in the same Polterguest Room, so having all four together in a fully-decorated room can yield a total Buzz of 340—making it a prime attraction, especially for Supernatural Enthusiasts. This group of ghosts tends to be quite relaxed and will accept any decor.
As long as there’s some form of entertainment—ideally at least one TV, bookshelf, gramophone, or another object for each of them in addition to regular decorations—they’re easy to manage.
The Silverbottoms require a Polterguest Room that’s at least 20 squares total. A room size of 5×4 is sufficient, but feel free to go larger if you like; just ensure the space complements the preferences of any new roommates.
Even better, each of the Silverbottom ghosts offers a unique bonus that can be utilized as soon as you rescue them!
