Where to Find Shard Spiral

You can purchase the Shard Spiral Sorcery for 8,000 Runes from Sellen once you have completed her quest and chosen to support her instead of Jerren.

To successfully complete Sellen’s questline, follow these instructions:

Speak to Sellen at the Waypoint Ruins after defeating the Mad Pumpkin Head.
Locate the Primeval Sorcerer Azur and gain the Comet Azur sorcery from him.
Return to Sellen; she will provide you with a secret Glintstone Key.
Use the Glintstone Key to access Sellia Hideaway and find Master Lusat, where you will learn the Star of Ruins spell.
Go back to Sellen to receive Sellen’s Primal Glintstone. After defeating Starscourge Radahn, meet Sellen again; she will request a meeting at the Witchbane Ruins.
Speak with Jerren to complete the Radahn Festival. Head to the Witchbane Ruins to discover Sellen has been killed by Jerren.
In the Three Sisters area, locate Seluvis’s secret chamber north of Seluvis’s Rise.
Behind a puppet, break through the illusory wall to uncover Sellen’s true body. Use Sellen’s Primal Glintstone to revive her.
Defeat Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon, at the Raya Lucaria Academy. Reload the area and summon Sellen to invade Jerren’s world.
Defeat Jerren, then return to the area to find Sellen in the Grand Academy. Interact with her to buy the Shard Spiral sorcery for 8,000 Runes.

To cast the Shard Spiral, you’ll need a minimum of 27 Intelligence and a staff. The spell costs 14 FP and 28 Stamina to use, along with occupying one spell slot.
