Where to Find the Godskin Swaddling Cloth

To obtain the Godskin Swaddling Cloth, you’ll need to defeat the Spiritcaller Snail mini-boss located within the Spiritcaller Cave.

This cave is situated in the northeastern region of the Mountaintop of the Giants. To reach this area, you must progress through Leyndell, the Royal Capital, and enter via the Forbidden Lands.

Head northeast from the Grand Lift of Rold to discover the entrance to the Spiritcaller Cave. Be aware that the cave entrance is sealed by an imp barrier, which requires one Stonesword Key to remove the fog blocking your way.

This talisman is not available early in the game; you’ll need to reach a specific late-game area to acquire it.

The Spiritcaller Cave is quite dark, so it’s wise to bring a lantern or torch. From the Site of Grace, take a left and drop down the hole.

As you navigate through, take down the Spiritcaller Snails that spawn enemies rapidly. When you reach the Spiritcaller Snail mini-boss, it will summon both a Godskin Noble and a Godskin Apostle in succession.

It’s best to avoid these bosses and focus on locating the snail. Eliminate it to instantly conclude the boss battle and claim the Godskin Swaddling Cloth as your prize.

Note that there is a glitch causing this talisman to not restore HP when blocking with a thrusting weapon. However, using a thrusting shield while blocking will still allow you to gain HP.

The Godskin Swaddling Cloth pairs well with Marais’ Executioner and Blood Tax Ashes of War, but does not work with spells, except for Carian Slicer, which is an exception to this rule.

This talisman is quite light, weighing only 0.9, and can be sold to any merchant in the game for 1,000 runes.
