Flamedrake Talisman Locations in Elden Ring

To acquire the base version of the Flamedrake Talisman, head to Groveside Cave in Limgrave. You can start from the Church of Elle’s Site of Grace and travel north toward the entrance of the cave.

Upon entering Groveside Cave, you’ll find a lost Site of Grace. Proceed deeper into the cave’s tunnels, where you will encounter some hostile wolves. Dispatch them quickly and continue onward.

The path ahead is fairly straightforward. Eventually, you’ll reach a mist that leads to another section of the cave, where you’ll face the boss: Beastman of Farum Azula.

This opponent is quite challenging, so you’ll need to break his stance to inflict damage. He’s also susceptible to critical hits, which can aid your efforts. Stick to his attack patterns, and you will defeat him. After you take down the Beastman of Farum Azula, he will drop the Flamedrake Talisman (base version).

Flamedrake Talisman +1 Location

To find the Flamedrake Talisman +1, you need to travel to the Leyndell Royal Capital.

Start from the Avenue Balcony. Ascend the stairs and take the first left. Continue straight ahead, passing by two large black carriages, which will confirm that you’re on the right path. You’ll eventually reach a massive gate, but you must first defeat the final boss in the game to unlock it.

Once you’ve accomplished that, you can open the gate and head up the grand staircase. Be prepared for encounters with enemies along the way; whether you choose to confront them or avoid them is up to you.

After navigating the area, you’ll find an entrance flanked by large gray statues. Enter the chamber, where you’ll discover a lever that will call the elevator to your location. After riding the elevator, ascend the stairs to reach an area with two large pillars. Head towards the one on the left.

If you examine the base of the left pillar closely, you’ll find the Flamedrake Talisman (+1) waiting for you.

Flamedrake Talisman +2 Location

To obtain the final version, the Flamedrake Talisman (+2), you’ll need to venture into the Dragon Barrow Cave, situated in the Eastern Dragonbarrow region.

Once inside the cave, make your way straight down the tunnel until you reach the Site of Grace. Keep moving ahead until you reach a dead-end where you’ll encounter a massive grizzly bear. Defeat it to earn Beast Blood (x1). In the vicinity, you can also find Rowa Fruit (x5) and Golden Rune (x12).

Continuing deeper into the cave, you’ll come to an area where you’ll face two boss enemies: Beastman of Farum Azula (Throwing Knife) and Beastman of Farum Azula (Greatsword). Once you defeat both, you’ll finally claim the Flamedrake Talisman (+2).

Uses of the Flamedrake Talisman

The base version of the Flamedrake Talisman offers 13 percent fire damage negation, protecting you against fiery assaults.

The Flamedrake Talisman (+1) enhances this protection, providing 17 percent fire damage negation.

Lastly, the Flamedrake Talisman (+2) is the most potent variant, offering the highest level of defense with 20 percent fire damage negation. This makes it particularly valuable when battling tougher foes who wield fire attacks.
